Download Instructions:
Download the file of your choice and "unzip" it with your favorite
"unzip" program (Winzip or pkunzip). Once unzipped you will have a file with the
extension .ged. You may view the file contents with a text editor. Importing it into your
favorite Genealogy program will allow you to see the full family tree with links between
family members. Enjoy!
Search Instructions:
Click on "See list of Names and dates in this GEDCOM", for the GEDCOM you want
to search. This will give you a list of the contents of the GEDCOM you have selected. Use
your browsers "find (on this page)" or search function and type in the name or
other information you are looking for. The browser will search the page for the data you
imputed. Thats all there is to it!
